The University of West Florida Wakeboard Team is made up of members of the UWF Wakeboard and Ski Club. UWF has provided us with an awesome MasterCraft X-1 that we take out weekly throughout the year. We take the boat out on Escambia River, which is just down the road from campus. Even though we mainly wakeboard we also wakeskate, wakesurf, tube, and ski. We have a team that competes all over the nation and knows how to have a good time. Even if you are not ready for the team and competitions we have great riders that will teach you how to ride!

 

 

To become a member of the UWF Wakeboard and Ski club you must pay your dues of $5 per semester. Theses dues allow you access to the school boat and equipment, to travel and compete, and free lessons and clinics. As of right now we do have to pay for our own gas so we ask that all members pay minimum of $10 for each day they ride. We post all of our events on our Facebook page, including boat days, fundraisers, competitions, travel, and community service. So come check us out and spend a day on the boat!
